Harry Tytle began his 40-year Disney career in 1936. Over the years he wore many hats, including film cutter and production assistant, eventually becoming producer for live-action films and earning the unofficial title, “Walt’s right-hand man.”
In 1945, Tytle began keeping a daily diary of everything he did and saw at the Studio, including notes on more than 200 meetings with Walt. His book, One of "Walt’s Boys", is based on those diaries.
Harry also served on the Board of Governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
