Will released the award-winning book The Seeds of Leadership in 2024, where he leveraged his leadership experience and advanced education in leadership
coaching. Earlier in 2012, he co-authored The Character-Based Leader. He
frequently designs and delivers practical training and powerful presentations
for corporations and teams focused on organizational development and talent
management.
