Mr. Santiago has over a decade of experience working as a teacher, trainer, and facilitator in a variety of fields, across a range of industries in and out of the US. He is a subject matter expert (SME) on utilization of blended environments to establish informational and cultural contact zones, and designing community learning networks (CLN). His experience runs the gamut of computer electronics, technical writing and creative nonfiction, information architecture, social media strategies, instructional design, managing distributed teams, and he is an internationally published author. He has applied his skills to content development for educational programs, documentaries, cultural leadership applications, workshops and trainings, entertainment, and social change projects in both the profit and not for profit sectors. Mr. Santiago goal is to create works that bring about conversation, raise awareness, contrast views and opinions, entertain, inform, and share experiences of those who have struggled to be heard. In doing this he desires to encourage the unheard voice through cultural and individual expression to take part in the global conversation.

“It’s only by sharing our stories that we have the potential to inspire, change minds, and challenge misconceptions. It is my hope that my works might inspire readers to take hold of their own creative capacity and fashion their life in a way that makes them proud to be living it.”

Mr. Santiago was the Executive Director of the Heart Foundation and the President of Santiago, Inc., which has become one of the largest emerging Community Learning Networks (CLN) seeking to encourage a participatory culture on a global scale. Mr. Santiago has a Masters in Psychology, and is A.B.D. for a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
