Gonzalo has been an avid reader of the fantasy, mystery, and horror genres for as long as he can remember.
An inveterate aficionado of role-playing and board games, he discovered Tolkien at the tender age of eleven and H. P. Lovecraft at fourteen.
His already battered sanity and his fragile tether to reality have been highly dubious ever since.
One day, he decided that the stories and characters that dwelled in his feverish imagination were demanding to see the light of day. To avoid going completely insane, he chose to heed their cries.
Gonzalo lives in Madrid with his wife and son, expectantly awaiting human civilization’s impending downfall, when bizarre, fantastical creatures will finally take over.
He enjoys reading, traveling, cheesecake, scuba diving, Cantabrian sobao, the Arkham Horror card game, tennis, Iberian ham, and all of the planet’s forests.
