Mark Groenen (1989) is a history and Dutch language teacher from Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
In his works he ventures into the surreal, the fantastic, and the horrific. While he is on the fence about the term, his work has been described as "grimdark magical realism". Even if it isn't 100% accurate, it at least sounds cool as hell.
