Roman Catholic French philosopher and political thinker Maritain (1882-1973) was a principal exponent of Thomism and interpreter of Thomas Aquinas in the 20th century. He explains the system of Aristotle and St. Thomas and uses it to judge the important systems that followed each other over the previous three centuries. There is no index.
