About the Author

Jim Harmon is a retired journalist whose near-fifty-year career included three decades in Missoula, MT in roles ranging from TV reporter/news anchor to weather forecaster. The Montana native has spent the last decade researching and writing about Montana's early days, based on long-lost stories from old Montana newspapers. Finally, a few dozen of these incredible stories are in book form.
