Life is full of little things, little moments, that make us happy or make us sad or, maybe, make us think. In these pages are a few of mine.
Some of my happiest moments are watching the little things in nature like the leaves dancing in a warm summer breeze or flickering like fire in a cool autumn breeze, or the sparrows bouncing up and down on the branches of the big buddleia like it was a seesaw.
Some moments come unbidden like the bittersweet memories of relationships past- I never will forget those curry chips, and memories of love not so much lost as never was - some things are not meant to be! I hope these poems will make you think about your own little things.
