This book is the second in a series of four satires about the kids of the 1950’s that grew to become such a pivotal generation: Baby Boomers.

In the aftermath of Tim and Hect’s misadventures in "There Is a Generation," the two boys took different paths. Hect disappeared into the Mexican desert, last heard of heading in the direction of a location known ominously as "The Camp." Tim, on the other hand, returned home to learn his mother was dismayed by her son’s latest antics and ready to teach him “a lesson of a lifetime.” Only what’s to be done with a willful rebel in 1950's West Texas? Why not do what every other parent does with their bad seed teenager and ship him off to the George S. Patton Military Academy? Let those hardened World War II veteran instructors teach him discipline. The idea sounds abhorrent to Tim, though, who decides to skip town and head for Mexico where he last saw his best friend and rescue the boy.

Unknown to Tim, Hect arrived months ago at the secret location called the Camp and had been undergoing indoctrination in how to destroy western society, including America. Because of his training, Hect now despises anyone born rich, including his "silver spoon fed" old pal. As luck would have it, Tim stumbles upon the Camp right about then.

As Tim and Hect butt ideological heads, the boys are selected for a mission—one that will see them coping with a delusional psychopath, navigating a treacherous desert, and avoiding murderous Federales. Chances are they both will wind up dead. Maybe that idea of Tim’s mother about going to military school wasn’t so bad after all.
