Not everyone is built for the street life, but that doesn’t stop them from trying their hand at it. Samuel King has fought all his life to prove his gangsta’. However, he lacked the heart to actually be one. He envied his god brother Osiris, and his friends because they were what he strived to be.

Samuel grew up a spoiled and sheltered youth. Son of Bishop Carla King, who owns and operates, Holy Mountain Baptist Church, would give her son the world if he asked for it. Carla spoils Samuel until he is hauled off to jail for a crime no one is sure if he committed.

After serving his time, Samuel is released into society more devious than before. This time he decides to hide his malicious ways all while posing as a man of God when tragedy strikes, and a power shift leaves Samuel in charge of the same church he blames for the distance it put between he and his mother.
