While the residents of Daybreak Falls run amuck—digging up the lawns throughout town in their search for buried treasure—Davina faces her biggest challenge yet: trying not to strangle Olivia after she moves herself and her family into the Zenner house.

Add in a romantic night out cut short by Olivia being arrested, a puzzling P.I. case that doesn’t add up, plus a cartel princess stalking them, and Davina’s sanity is pushed to its limits.

To regain control, Davina must go on the offense, hunting the madwoman and searching for the buried jewels herself.

But to Davina’s surprise, the psychic signs are just as muddy as the lawns throughout Daybreak Falls. One misstep and she might slip and slide right into her prey’s crosshairs.
