Daniel lives in his hometown in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada’s, with his wife Amanda and four kids. He has always loved writing. Some of the inspiration for this stories comes from childhood adventures spent crawling through abandoned gold mines and caves with his brothers. Daniel is a high school teacher and leads worship at his church. He loves playing music and singing songs, having extended conversations about the origins of idioms, snowboarding and backpacking, jumping off rocks into rivers, sleeping in hammocks, sipping on a good cup of coffee, and spending time with his favorite people.
